How many Skill Points can I have per level?
Standard skill point accumulation per level is 1.

How many Stat Points can I have per level?
Standard Stat Points accumulation per level is 4

What Class can transform into Dragon?
Its the Dekan Class (Evolve Skill)

What is the common build of Dekan Class?
The most common build is Vit build for Dragon Knights and Int Build for Dragon Sage.

Some said the max skill level is 5 but i saw a level 7 skill?
Default max is 5 but you can get some skills to lvl7 using skill enhancement stones.

Where can I get skill enhancement stones?
You can purchase it in the item mall or you can get it from monsters but it is extremely rare :D
